If you’ve been exploring my world online, you might’ve noticed I have two spaces: AbbyJuliJournal (abbyjuli.com) and AbbyJuliDiaries.

And yeah… they’re intentionally different.

They’re not duplicates of each other—they hold different layers of me.

Let me explain.

AbbyJuliJournal — The Heartbeat

AbbyJuliJournal is my heartbeat space.

This is where everything slows down and becomes intentional.

It’s where I take what I’ve lived, felt, and learned—and turn it into something shaped, meaningful, and reflective.

Here you’ll find:

  • Blog posts about healing, growth, and self-love

  • Thoughtful reflections and personal storytelling

  • My shop and creative work woven into my journey

This is the space where I process life with care. Where emotions become stories. Where chaos becomes clarity.

If AbbyJuliJournal were a place, it would feel like sitting by a window with warm light—quiet, grounded, and deeply reflective.

It’s not about rushing. It’s about understanding.

AbbyJuliDiaries — Raw, Unfiltered Reflection

AbbyJuliDiaries is where I go raw.

This is my unedited space—the emotional spill, the in-between moments, the thoughts I haven’t fully figured out yet.

It’s where I write when I’m still in it, not after I’ve made sense of it.

Here you’ll find:

  • Art, poetry, and creative writing

  • Honest, unfiltered thoughts

  • Emotional check-ins and life updates

  • Behind-the-scenes of my healing process

  • Reflections that feel more like voice notes than polished writing

This space isn’t about being put together. It’s about being real.

It’s where I reflect without pressure. Where I don’t have to have answers yet. Where I just am.

Why Both Exist

Because I’m not just one version of myself.

Some things need time, structure, and softness to understand.Other things need to be felt immediately, without editing.

So I gave them separate spaces.

One for becoming .One for being in it.

How They Connect

Even though they’re different, they’re deeply connected.

  • What I live through in AbbyJuliDiaries often becomes inspiration for AbbyJuliJournal

  • What I reflect on in AbbyJuliJournal often comes from what I’ve already processed in Diaries

One is the moment. The other is the meaning.

Together, they tell the full story.

Final Thought

I don’t believe we have to be one fixed version of ourselves.

We can be messy and intentional. Raw and reflective. In the moment and making meaning of it later.

AbbyJuliDiaries is where I feel it all.

AbbyJuliJournal is where I understand it.

And both are real. And both are me.
